Workshops In Awareness through Movement classes, students are actively learning about the habitual muscle tensions that may lead to restrictions, poor posture or injury. There are hundreds of lessons, each of which is carefully structured to release unwanted movement and postural habits, and teach more fluid, effortless and coordinated movement. This next 4 week block of classes will explore how improving the coordination of eye movements not only improves vision, but can lead to less neck tension, enhanced balance and improved coordination the body movements. Quiet eyes are linked to a more peaceful nervous system Below are the themes for the remaining blocks for the year Oiling the hip joints Spring in your step Summer Breeze - enhancing the breath Thursdays 11am and 6:30pm 22 August - 12 September 26 September - 17 October 31 October - 21 November 5 December - 12 December Saturdays 10am 24 August - 14 September 28 September - 19 October 2 November - 23 November 7 December - 14 December Classes will be both on ZOOM and in the STUDIO.
