Awareness Through Movement Classes and
Workshops In Awareness through Movement classes, students are actively learning about the habitual muscle tensions that may lead to restrictions, poor posture or injury. There are hundreds of lessons, each of which is carefully structured to release unwanted movement and postural habits, and teach more fluid, effortless and coordinated movement. Developing awareness of our movement is the key to modifying it, hence the name of the classes. Summer Breeze
And the theme for the final 2 week block for the year Summer Breeze - enhancing the breath. As the year draws to an end , it is an opportunity to take a breath and reflect on the year that has been and look towards the year to come. These 2 lessons will focus on the quality of our breath and its influence on not only our movement but the way we think and feel. A breath of fresh air! Thursdays 11am and 6:30pm 5 December - 12 December Saturdays 10am 7 December - 14 December Classes will be both on ZOOM and in the STUDIO. STUDIO CLASSES are limited to 8 places.
