Awareness Through Movement Classes and
In Awareness through Movement classes, students are actively learning about the habitual muscle tensions that may lead to restrictions, poor posture or injury. There are hundreds of lessons, each of which is carefully structured to release unwanted movement and postural habits, and teach more fluid, effortless and coordinated movement. Developing awareness of our movement is the key to modifying it, hence the name of the classes.
Step into Spring
In this 4 week series of Awareness Through Movement classes we will explore the concept of
"Walking with the whole body"
